The Weekly Round-Up #2

ISSUE No. 2

Hello there, I hope you've had a fabulous week, here is my weekly round-up for you and be sure to read up on my previous Weekly Round-Up here if you haven't already.

Let's get on with the round-up!
THE VIDEOS
This weeks videos feature a September Favourites for you who are interested, as well as the last instalment of my Falmouth Vlogs. I will be posting some pictures from that seaside trip with my friends very soon so keep your eyes peeled.

Make sure to watch it below; like, comment and subscribe :)

LIFE
My hair. I had to cut it this week since it had grown far to long for my liking - so 1cm basically, and this meant that my dye had to go. I would happily have permanently ginger or auburn hair if nature permitted it. I wouldn't mind ginger children too but I think that's pushing it! I am in love with the auburn colour on me. It's like a warm nude shade for me since it sort of blends in with my skin tone but compliments it simultaneously. So I really need to get some more hair dye. I'll stock up when I head back down to London again - I know why you're thinking - why London? Well it's because I can get dye for my hair type (4C afro) for £2.99 at Charlie's in Shepherd Bush which is an absolute bargain I don't intend to miss out on if I can help it! Anyway enough about hair, unfortunately I got pretty ill this week which sucked and had to miss uni. This got me really upset and gave me mega FOMO (the fear of missing out) but I'm on my way to recovery and ready to delve back into my projects! I should also mention that I'm starting to adjust to my new life at uni and yesterday I called my accommodation home for the first time! I still really need to explore the rest of Norwich and will get back to you on that in the following weeks. Oh! - also forgot to mention that Mamaa visited from London and it was lovely. It did make me miss home a bit though!

MUSIC
Don't judge me. But... I've had the occasional weakness for pop, and to make it even more unlike me, it comes in the form of One Direction with their latest single 'Drag Me Down'. It's the chorus that gets me and after watching Alfie Deyes' vlog when he vlogged them live - you can't deny those boys can sing and Harry with those high notes - I applaud you.
On a separate note I've been loving listening to Laura Mvula this past week and am hoping she'll be releasing a new album soon!

ENTERTAINMENT & PASS TIMES
Of course I am still loving the Great British Bake Off and being on Twitter as well as live tweeting when it's on is the best thing. I get to interact with so many others watching, cry of laughter and sometimes make Twitter buddies! So love love loving the bake off at the moment. And straight after the bake off comes Dr Foster an intensely gripping drama about a Dr Foster, this woman who finds out her husband is cheating. To make things worse it seems everyone knew about it, his mistress got pregnant and Dr Foster is starting to lose it. The actress playing the protagonist, Suranne Jones. is bloody amazing - like film start quality good. So if that tickles your fancy head on over to BBC iPlayer to catch on up! Just another quick thing - watched the season finale of Jane the Virgin and - HOW CAN THEY JUST END IT LIKE THAT? IT'S NOT FAIR, I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!

That's all for now on this Weekly Round-Up, hope you enjoyed it and look forward to the next one.
Thanks so much for reading.

Much love,

Margaret xXx
